Delete it yourself in the app (instant)
- Open the Navratri Suraksha app.
- Go to Profile (bottom right).
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
એપમાં: Profile → મારું એકાઉન્ટ ડિલીટ કરો → ડિલીટ કરો.
Can't open the app?
Ask for deletion at any police station of Vadodara Rural Police, through the Vadodara Rural Police control room, or by e-mail to contactus@voldebug.in. Give the mobile number you registered with. We delete the account within 7 days of the request.
એપ ખોલી ન શકો તો વડોદરા ગ્રામ્ય પોલીસના કોઈ પણ પોલીસ સ્ટેશન, કંટ્રોલ રૂમ અથવા contactus@voldebug.in પર ઇમેઇલથી તમારા રજીસ્ટર કરેલા મોબાઇલ નંબર સાથે વિનંતી કરો. 7 દિવસમાં એકાઉન્ટ ડિલીટ થશે.
What gets deleted
- Your name, mobile number, age and emergency contact
- Your saved home location
- Your venue entries, trip locations, "reached home" records and SOS alerts
Nothing is kept after deletion. Separately, all Navratri Suraksha personal data is deleted after the festival even if you do not ask. Full details: Privacy policy.
